Street demonstration such as Bersih 4 is not the moderate way to show your love for the country – said Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak. But his regime, quietly, send Ali Rustam (former Malacca chief minister and former Umno vice-president) to organise its own version of demonstration, to be held in less than 24-hours from now.
Initially, Najib administration unofficially endorsed Red Shirts rally initiated by once burger seller and a SPM dropout Jamal Yunos. But the racist Jamal screwed up big time in his Kebangkitan Maruah Melayu (Malay Dignity Uprising) event management. Now, with tone-down racism against ethnic-Chinese, Ali Rustam’s Black Shirts rally is the official sponsor.
Regardless of Red Shirts or Black Shirts, they’re racist in nature, unlike the Bersih 4 which never brings the topic of racism into their demands. Hence, it makes perfect sense for shop owners to close for business on September 16, because a one day of profit is never enough to justify for any potential damages due to looting and riots.
After the recent Low Yat cell phone theft mini riots incident, business owners, especially the Chinese, should have learnt their lesson that racism is still very much alive and kicking, what more with the Prime Minister Najib administration being the main sponsor behind the Red and Black Shirts “Ku Klux Klan”.
The blessing in disguise with tomorrow’s fake “Kebangkitan Maruah Melayu (Malay Dignity Uprising)” is certainly the emergence of two Malay groups who are risking their lives ready to protect ethnic-Chinese, whom have always at the receiving end of beatings and blames. Therefore, it’s not an exaggerate statement to say “Alhamdulillah”.
Apparently, these two NGOs – namely Selangor People’s Welfare and Develop Group (Pro-Rakyat) and OTAI Reformasi – have committed to mobilise 2,500 in plainclothes surveillance patrolling in Petaling Street and Bukit Bintang area. The purpose is to ensure no incident of racial clash and protect the safety of Chinese shops.
Clearly, unlike the 1969 racial riots, the existence of such ethnic-Malays who are ready to protect fellow ethnic-Chinese citizens speaks volumes about how brutal plans by the evil UMNO regime to slaughter the Chinese, if there was one in the first place, cannot succeed. Does Najib administration think all the Malays are stupid and can be conned?
These 2,500-Malays are willing to do the job voluntarily as Chinese bodyguards because the public do not believe the police force is capable of maintaining public order without bias and prejudice. The proof of double standard and hypocrite in the present regime are aplenty. First, the peaceful Bersih 4.0 rally was denied the City Hall permit while this racist Red and Black Shirts rally gets the permission.
Second, the Yellow Shirts (Bersih 4.0) were threatened with military intervention by the non-English-speaking Gen Zulkifeli Mohd Zin but not the Red and Black Shirts. Third, the Yellow Shirts were intimidated by the police force even when the organiser insisted it was a “peaceful” rally but the Red and Black Shirts who scream for Chinese blood is relieved of any responsibility for any untoward incidents.
Fourth, picture stompers during Bersih 4 were hunted down like terrorists but a pre-rally effigy-burning by UMNO members are allowed (gleefully) by authorities. Fifth, Bersih 4.0 organiser is slapped with RM65,000 clean-up bill while the Red and Black Shirts are expected to receive a slap on the wrist for a job well done (*grin*).
Most importantly, will there be any Barisan Nasional (BN) ministers brave enough to stomach the haze for 12-hour together with the self-proclaimed 300,000 RM100-paid Red and Black Shirts tomorrow, assuming they don’t chicken out at the eleventh hour blaming the haze? At least Lim Kit Siang had camped overnight during Bersih 4.0.
Prime Minister Najib Razak, allegedly together with his beauty legend Rosmah, has already left for London for a function on September 16 en route to the UN General Assembly in New York. So far, the leader of thugs Deputy Prime Minister Zahid Hamidi is freaking quiet about joining his 300,000 Red and Black minions.
Needless to say, none of Barisan Nasional’s other 12 component parties, including MCA, MIC, Gerakan, Sarawak’s PBB, Sabah’s PBS has a single ball to support the UMNO sponsored rally. Funny that they’re hiding behind “agree to disagree” excuse, hence the copycat stance from the previous opposition Pakatan Rakyat.
While it’s understandable that MCA and Gerakan have reasons to chicken out, shouldn’t Sarawak mighty PBB political party, under Chief Minister Adenan Satem, fly some supporters to this historical event? After all, Mr Adenan and his Cabinet members have multiple orgasms screaming and praising Najib’s kind-hearted contributions to Sarawak.
Defence Minister Hishammuddin Hussein and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin were two strongest champions of “Malay Dignity” who had enjoyed waving “keris (Malay dagger)” not many moons ago. Surely they’ll be in town so will they join the party? Come on, don’t be a pussy when your minions Jamal Yunos and Ali Rustam have spent so much time and money on the event.
It will be extremely shameful if the Red and Black Shirts couldn’t get at least 50% of UMNO’s 88 member of parliaments to at least show their faces to be photographed and uploaded onto social medias Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Weren’t they voted to champion the Malays? So, why are they so shy suddenly (*grin*)?
Suddenly, UMNO is trapped by its own half past six racist and terror plan. Without a strong UMNO MPs or ministers’ presence on the ground, the Red and Black Shirts rally is meaningless. But if these VVIPs support the rally in person, photos and videos of them will be used to the maximum by the oppositions in the next election.
But even if all of the 88 UMNO MPs are too chicken to champion the supposedly Malays dignity, the damage has already been done. The Red and Black Shirts, primarily made up of “Mat Rempits”, are bound to make silly and racist remarks or provocation, all of which could be used against Barisan Nasional not only in general election, but also the coming Sarawak state election.
