Najib son of Razak thought he could win a game of Russian roulette with Kim Jong-un. The Prime Minister of Malaysia thought the North Korean dictator was easy meat. Intellectually, British-educated Mr. Najib thought he was superior to Switzerland-educated Mr. Kim. In fact, pink lips Najib Razak believed he could outsmart fat boy Kim Jong-un – anytime and anywhere.

Thinking North Korea was as pariah a state as Myanmar (Burma), Najib thought he could bully Kim the same way he bullied Aung San Suu Kyi. Najib also thought he could oppress the people of North Korea the same way he oppresses local ethnic-Chinese into submission. That’s the problem with “jaguh kampung (village hero)” mentality rooted inside Najib’s brain.

Jaguh Kampung “Village Hero” - Prime Minister Najib Razak - Middle Finger Kim Jong-un

Ill-advised by his band of half-past-six advisers, Najib arrogantly chose to start a war, without considering the consequences, with Jong-un when his administration booted North Korean ambassador to Malaysia, Kang Chol. Prior to kicking out the ambassador, warlords from Najib’s political party UMNO had happily engaged in name-calling against North Korea.

Tourism and Culture Minister Nazri Aziz called North Korea a rogue nation. Foreign Minister Anifah Aman accused North Korean ambassador a liar. Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi essentially said that unlike North Korea, Malaysia isn’t a third country which breeds criminals. Prime Minister Najib Razak simply said North Koreans are a bunch of rude people.

Kang Chol - North Korea's Ambassador to Malaysia

Like it or not, North Korean ambassador to Malaysia, Kang Chol, was right to say Malaysia had conducted the autopsy on its citizen “without the consent and attendance of the North Korean embassy”. He was also correct to say that Malaysia had arrested a North Korean citizen “without any clear evidence showing his involvement in the incident”.

Hurt by Mr. Kang’s accusations, Najib’s boys demanded an apology for his criticism of the investigation. The ambassador refused, thus, resulting in him being declared persona non grata and was forced to leave Malaysia. It appeared that while Malaysia has special privilege to insult North Korea, the hermit kingdom is not allowed to accuse the UMNO kingdom (*grin*).

Even though Mr. Mohamad Nizan Mohamad, Malaysian ambassador to North Korea, had already been recalled to Kuala Lumpur for consultations on Feb 22, the North Korea retaliated and expelled him anyway. Why does Najib administration need to expel Ambassador Kang Chol over a minor issuerefusal to apologize – in the first place?

It’s fine to engage in name-calling like small kids. But Najib wanted to make the assassination of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of Kim Jong-un, a global issue. He wanted to impress upon President Donald Trump that under his leadership, the notorious Korean dictator can be brought to his knees. Najib wanted Trump to appoint him the sheriff of Southeast Asia.

President Donald Trump is himself under pressure to contain the naughty Kim Jong-un. If Najib had succeeded in threatening the fat boy, Trump might make the 1MDB scandal goes away, where the U.S. Department of Justice had filed lawsuits to seize assets that it said were the result of US$3.5 billion that was misappropriated from 1MDB.

Additionally, the assassination of Kim Jong-nam has been a great distraction tool for PM Najib. For this reason alone, he was advised to drag the issue for as long as possible. He would emerge victorious in the coming 14th national election if voters are fed with the perception that hero Najib Razak has defeated villain Kim Jong-un.

North Korean Kim Jong-nam – Assassinated

Today, North Korea strikes back when it politely notified the Malaysian embassy in Pyongyang that it had temporarily banned Malaysians from leaving the country to ensure the safety of its diplomats and citizens in Malaysia. Effectively, 11 Malaysians in North Korea – 3 working at the Malaysian Embassy, 2 United Nations workers and 6 family members – are being held hostage.

Caught with his pants down, the panicked PM Najib Razak rushed back from Jakarta to chair a National Security Council (NSC) meeting. Besides condemning the North Korea’s decision, Mr. Najib had barred all North Koreans from leaving Malaysia, in a tit for tat move. The brutal dictator Kim is ready to sacrifice North Koreans currently in Malaysia. But is Najib ready to do the same?

North Koreans, astonishingly, were allowed to enter Malaysia without a visa before the assassination crisis. The existence of North Korean embassy in Kuala Lumpur was primarily for North Korea spy agency to run arms operation under the nose of Malaysian government. UMNO warlords who partnered with the spy agency received their cuts in return.

An assassination issue has now become a hostage crisis. Najib has warned North Korea that he would “not hesitate to take all measures necessary” to protect his citizens. Seriously, what else can Malaysia do to threaten North Korea that the mighty United States hadn’t already tried? Perhaps Najib is considering sending 100,000-elite army against 1,200,000-malnourished North Korean army.

North Korea Military March - RocketNorth Korea Kim Jong-un - Inside Submarine

North Korean submarines are also very old and extremely outdated. Surely the purchase of two Scorpene-class submarines and a sub Marino Agosta by Malaysia, costing nearly RM5 billion for the hardware plus more than RM2 billion for the training of operatives and maintenance of the submarines, can be put to good use now – assuming they wouldn’t get lost navigating to North Korea.

There’s only one person in the world that can save the Malaysians hostage – President Xi Jinping. But why should Kim Jong-un give face to Jinping without any demand after China banned coal imports from North Korea in an attempt to suck up to President Trump? Mr. Najib, who thought he could outsmart and outplay Kim Jong-un, is fantastically panicked now after his screw up.

Chinese President Xi Jinping - Sitting on Chair

Members of the National Security Council (NSC) have only one advice for their boss – call China for help. Still, President Xi Jinping can help but it would come with a price. North Korea needs something from China, who in turns will demand something much valuable from Malaysia – possibly assets related to the sovereignty of Malaysia.

At the end of the day, Malaysia needs to get ready planeloads of US dollars or raw materials or equipments desired by North Korea. The hermit kingdom can now demand the release of not only all North Koreans at its embassy in Kuala Lumpur and the rest of its citizens, but also the release of Kim Jong-nam’s body. And Najib has no choice but to comply like an obedient boy.

It was both comical and jaw-dropping to read how police chief Khalid Abu Bakar ignorantly said his police force will wait “even if it takes 5 years” for the North Koreans suspects wanted for questioning in connection with the murder of Kim Jong-nam to come out of the embassy. Does he think this is a silly game of harassing “Bak Kut Teh” Alvin Tan and Vivian Lee?

Perhaps Najib administration can try entering the North Korean embassy by force. Let’s see what Kim Jong-un would do to the 11 precious Malaysians in North Korea. Just because Najib had allegedly screwed Mongolian Altantuya and blew her body to pieces with military-grade C4 explosive doesn’t mean he’s in the same league of brutality as Kim Jong-un.

Najib Razak and Kim Jong-un - Waving

Najib should not have had played fire with an international brutal maniac like Kim Jong-un. Never send a boy to do a man’s job. Hey, just because Mr. Kim is a brutal dictator who enjoys over-killing his enemy with ZPU-4 “Anti-Aircraft” Machine Gun System doesn’t mean he has zero dignity and can be insulted by a “jaguh kampung” Najib Razak.
