Can you include the face of Sia Bun Chun, the MD of Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd which you can find in the latest annual report. He (together with his partner Tan Sri Azmi) is privatising the company at prospective P/E of below 4 times and 8% discount to NTA. And he is almost there with 78% of the stake now.
I feel real bad as a minority shareholder but I am still hanging on to my shares despite the threat of delisting.
